myKW is Keller Williams national intranet website, which serves as the portal to all of the education, coaching, marketing materials, technology, events and other resources we offer our associates.

Our eEdge system is the first fully-integrated front and back-end platform for real estate professionals. This single platform enables agents to:

The Keller Williams ALC or Agent Leadership Council is drawn from the top 20% of agents in the company. Each agent on the ALC serves as chair of a committee with a focus on specific areas of the business. All other agents in the office are able to participate at the committee level and then have their opinions and ideas heard through the ALC members. The ALC is a dynamic group and functions much like a board of directors, they are actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the company more productive and profitable. By having input from these agents (and our agent body as a whole) we can adapt as a brokerage to thrive in all stages of the market.

The ALC and the executive leadership team meet monthly review profit/loss statements (open books policy), educational/training ideas are implemented and brainstorming is done to find the best ways to make the company more successful.
