Bo Menkiti, Chief Executive Officer
Bo Menkiti serves as the Founder and CEO of Keller Williams Capital Properties. He is also the CEO of The Menkiti Group, a real estate services firm focused on strengthening neighborhoods through the strategic development, management, and sale of real estate in urban markets. The Menkiti Group operates Keller Williams Capital Properties.
Prior to forming Keller Williams Capital Properties and The Menkiti Group, Bo served as Chief Operating Officer of College Summit, a national non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the college enrollment rate of low-income students. In this capacity, Bo oversaw the organization’s successful growth into a multi-site national organization.
Bo’s work has been featured in David Bornstein’s book on social entrepreneurs How to Change the World, and in Stephen Goldsmith’s The Power of Social Innovation. He has been recognized nationally by Ebony and Inc. Magazine as one of the coolest young entrepreneurs in America, and was awarded The National Association of Realtors Prestigious “30 under 30” award in 2006. Bo was also honored as Minority Business Leader by the Washington Business Journal and by the National Association of Realtors as the District of Columbia Realtor of the Year in 2014.
In 2015, Keller Williams Realty honored Bo Menkiti as the 2015 ‘Entrepreneur of the Year.’ Bo was also recognized by the Washington Business Journal as a 40 under 40 honoree.
Committed to serving communities and transforming neighborhoods by serving on civic and public service organizations, Bo has been on the boards of the District of Columbia Association of Realtors, and DC Water, the water and sewer authority of the District of Columbia. He is a current board member for City First Bank of DC and Dance Place, and serves as a member of the Steering Committee of the Small Business Policy Project.
Bo is a graduate of Harvard University and lives in Washington D.C. with his wife and three young sons.
Brandon Green, Managing Partner
Brandon Green is the Managing Partner of Keller Williams Capital Properties. Brandon manages the regional operations of the brokerage, including organizational strategy, corporate growth, and leadership development.
Brandon began his real estate career in 2001 as an agent, selling $12 million in real estate in his first year in the business. In 2004 he founded Brandon Green Residential, a nationally ranked sales team responsible for selling hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate across the Washington, D.C. area.
In 2006, Brandon co-founded the Keller Williams Capital Properties brokerage as Principal Broker along with CEO Bo Menkiti and partners Carlos Garcia, Jason Martin and Joel Nelson. Brandon became Managing Director of Capital Properties’ flagship D.C. office in 2011, which he managed until the fall of 2014 when he assumed the role of Managing Partner for the entire organization. Under Brandon’s leadership the Washington, D.C. office seized the No. 1 slot in office unit market share in Washington, D.C. and has been widely praised for its productivity and unique culture.
Brandon is an expert in the local real estate market, is a nationally top-listed real estate executive, and an industry leader across North America. Perhaps what makes Brandon most unique is his ability to access both creative and structured thinking, and his mind, body, soul approach to leadership and development – with a history of results to back him up. Stephanie Liotta-Atkinson, Vice President, Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Stephanie serves on the Executive Team for Keller Williams Capital Properties. Stephanie designs and leads strategic initiatives across the enterprise, growing the business through marketing, business development, and brand positioning campaigns.
Stephanie earned her juris doctor cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and politics magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Mount Holyoke College. She lives with her partner and two children in Washington, DC.
Amber Cummer, Operations Manager
As Operations Manager at Keller Williams Capital Properties, Amber is responsible for supporting the Managing Partner in the creation of administrative practices to ensure consistency across all KWCP Market Centers. Amber manages logistics and operations for KWCP, helping make current Market Centers more efficient and ensuring new Market Centers benefit from existing Keller Williams Capital Properties processes and systems. Amber works with the Executive Team on strategic communications and oversees event coordination.
Amber has been working in the real estate industry since 2005, most recently as the Director of Client Engagement for MG Residential, and prior to that, she was the Director of Operations at Brandon Green Residential.
Mary Garner DeVoe, Managing Director, Washington DC
Mary Garner DeVoe is the Managing Director of Keller Williams Capital Properties DC.
A veteran of 25 years in the real estate industry, Mary Garner DeVoe, joined Keller Williams in 2000 and launched the Baton Rouge market center. She went on to put together core groups and help launch five more market centers in the Gulf States Region before moving to the Raleigh-Durham Triangle in spring of 2011.
She is passionate about “Building Careers Worth Having, Businesses Worth Owning, and Lives Worth Living” and brings that passion to the role of Team Leader in the DC market center.
Bob Dillard, Managing Director, Fairfax
Bob Dillard is the Managing Director of Keller Williams Capital Properties Fairfax. Bob, founder of The Dillard Group, was raised all over the world as an Army BRAT, but found roots in Northern Virginia in 1987. With over twenty years real estate industry experience, Bob has built a solid foundation of clients. He has represented sellers, buyers, investors and banks, and has guided each of them through their residential real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, lending necessities, asset reposition and dispositions.
Bob has been trained and inspired by some of the industries’ brightest and most innovative leaders. He flies the country in a never-ending effort to better his understanding and knowledge of residential real estate, in order to offer the region the best customer service available.
Rebecca Hakola, Managing Director, Springfield
Rebecca Hakola is the Managing Director of Keller Williams Capital Properties Springfield. Rebecca is the founder of Hakola Home Selling Team. Born and raised in Springfield, VA. Rebecca is an active duty military spouse and mom of three children.
Licensed in several states as a Realtor/Broker since 2004, Rebecca has been awarded Top Listing, Top Sales, Top Production and Top Agent multiple times. In her role as Managing Director, Rebecca has committed herself to building and growing businesses for Real Estate Entrepreneurs.
Timothy Beaudoin, Managing Director, Bethesda/Chevy Chase
Tim Beaudoin is the Managing Director of Keller Williams Capital Properties Bethesda/Chevy Chase. Prior to joining Keller Williams Capital Properties, Tim held senior sales leadership positions in the insurance and financial services industries. Tim focused on agent recruiting and building high powered sales organizations/teams through coaching and business planning utilizing consistent processes and models.
Tim’s skills in recruiting, coaching and agent development translated into a natural fit for the Managing Director role at Keller Williams Capital Properties. Driven to build and succeed Tim is passionate about sharing the Keller Williams Capital Properties model with top performing realtors in Montgomery County.
Pam O’Bryant, Master Faculty
Pam O’Bryant serves as KWCP’s in-house Master Faculty. Pam’s complete focus is on agent education and bringing her incredible teaching and coaching skill set into our Market Centers.
Pam, who has been with KW since 1997, recently returned from opening KW in London, UK. She and her husband, Rich, were in the original MREA mastermind groups in the late 1990’s that helped compile the data for the Millionaire Real Estate Agent book. Co-author of her own book, “What To Do, A Real Estate Agent’s Gospel,” Pam is committed to the success of Keller Williams agents. Pam’s degrees in Education from the University of Kansas ignited her love of teaching and Keller Williams solidified it into a deep passion for developing the building blocks of real estate career success.
